Once approved, open the app, set your status to online, and start receiving trip requests nearby.

A small service fee of GH₵1 per completed trip is deducted from your PHAME wallet — not from what the passenger pays you directly.
Deposit money into your wallet securely via Paystack — mobile money or card — right from the rider app.
If your wallet balance drops to -GH₵30, your account automatically goes offline until you top up again.

Once you submit your documents, our team reviews your application. You'll be notified in the app as soon as a decision is made.
Passengers pay you directly for the trip. PHAME deducts a small GH₵1 service fee per completed trip from your wallet balance.
Your account can go slightly negative, but once it reaches -GH₵30 you'll be taken offline automatically until you top up via Paystack.
Yes — as long as it's a registered, road-worthy tricycle or eligible vehicle and you submit the required documents for verification.
