PHAME charges a GH₵1.00 service fee for every completed trip. It is deducted from your wallet automatically when you finish a trip — passengers pay you the full fare in cash.
Your wallet may have reached the −GH₵30.00 limit. Top up from the Wallet page and you will be able to go online again immediately. Suspended or unverified accounts also cannot go online.
Most submissions are reviewed within 24 hours. You will see the result on the Verification page, and you can resubmit if anything was rejected.
Suspensions from repeated trip cancellations lift automatically once the period ends. For anything else, submit a report here and support will review your case.
Open the Wallet page, tap Top up, choose an amount and pay with mobile money or card through Paystack. Your balance updates as soon as payment is confirmed.
